Stockade Works offers Career Awareness Programs for students and community members who are interested in exploring various career paths and opportunities for employment within the film and television industry in the Hudson Valley. These programs are designed to provide valuable insights into what it takes to build a career in this exciting field.

We partner with schools and community organizations to provide an engaging, interactive, and educational introduction to the industry, overviewing the positions that make up a production crew and how an individual’s existing skills and aptitudes transfer to a role in the film production industry. 

Our goal is to demystify the professional pathway to securing actual film crew jobs and build community awareness around one’s own potential to benefit from meaningful careers in film and television right here in the Hudson Valley.

  • High Schools and BOCES programs

  • Community Colleges and Universities

  • Veterans Associations and Groups

  • Community groups that serve individuals who have historically faced barriers to employment.

What we offer:

Programs are tailored to partnering organization’s specific needs and population. Flexible sliding scale pricing is available.
